Murat Serim

Serim has more than twenty years of professional experience in sales management, strategy consulting, management consulting and technology entrepreneurship. Serim teaches MBA courses on Customer Centricity, International Marketing, Negotiation Skills and Sales Management. Serim provides customer centricity and negotiation consultancy services to top Turkish companies through Murat Serim Management Consulting. Serim received his B.S. (High Honors in Management) from Middle East Technical University. He also completed Harvard Business School, Building and Leading Customer-Centric Organizations Programme.
